Your access is a link,
not a password.
We do not run accounts and there is no password to remember. When a job is delivered, you get a link that opens it in the viewer. That link is yours. Bookmark it, and if it ever goes missing, one call puts it back.
How it works
One link, and it opens
the whole job
The link arrives with your delivery, in the email that carries the job. Opening it loads your project in the viewer: the flights we hold for that site, the model, the historical frames and whatever exhibits were built alongside them. Nothing installs, and nothing has to be downloaded before you can look at it.
Pass it to anyone on your side who needs it. If that ever changes, tell us and we will retire that link and issue a new one, which takes a minute. If a link is ever set to lapse on a date, we say so when we send it.

Call, and say which job
Any one of these finds it: the reference number from your quote confirmation, the address or the legal description, or the name the matter is filed under. We will reissue the link and send it wherever you tell us to.

Downloads ride on
the same link
Full-size obliques and packaged sets are held back from the open web, and the permission to pull them travels with your link rather than with your browser. So if a download refuses, the link you opened is not the one carrying it. Call, and we will send the one that is.

We will never ask you
to create an account
There is no password to set and nothing to reset. If a page asks you to register with Aerial Oklahoma, or asks for a card before it will show you imagery you have already commissioned, it is not ours. Call the number above before you type anything into it.
